Bitter Gourd - 1 no
Small onion - 15 nos
Garlic - 10 nos
Red chili - 5 nos
Curry leaves - few
Tamarind - few
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - a pinch
* Cut the bitter gourd as round and remove seeds.
* In non-stick pan, add little oil and fry bitter gourd for 5 min. Then add 5 tbsp of water and close it with lid. Cook it for 5 mins or until cook soften, in low flame. and make it cool.
* In a mixcy jar take the following things: onion,garlic, 3 red chili,curry leaves, tamarind and salt and grind it. Then add Bitter gourd and grind well.
* In a kadai add 5 tbsp of oil and fry mustard seeds,hing powder,2 red chili,curry leaves . Then add ground past. Fry it well for 10 min.
* Serve it hot.
Note: It goes with Rice, dosa and chapathi very well. You won't find any bitter taste. :
