Salmon fish - 10 nos (Small pieces)
Ginger and Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - a pinch
salt to taste
oil - for tawa fry (2 tbsp)
* Wash the fish and marinate with G&G paste,chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,lemon juice and salt for 2 to 4 hours.
* In a non-stick tawa add little oil, once it hot add marinated fish pieces and fry it well. Serve it hot with onion and lemon.:)
Note: It was so tasty, we finished it immediately. So I couldn't take pic, sorry. Next time I will upload it :)
