INGREDIENTS for Crab Kuruma: Crab-2kg Oil-100ml Coconut Milk-2cup Ginger, Garlic Paste-1tsp Coriander Leaves-Little Curry Leaves-1Bunch Garam Masala-1/2tsp Onion-2 Tomato-1 Green Chilly-2 Chilly powder-2tsp INGREDIENTS for Grinding: Grated Coconut-1cup Turmeric powder-2tsp Pepper Powder-1tsp Coriander powder-3tsp Cumin Seed-2tsp Fennel Seed Powder-1tsp Cashew Nut-6 Badam-6 Garlic -6Flakes PROCEDURE to make Crab Kuruma: 1. Clean and wash the Crabs and keep aside. Take a bowl, add grinded ingredients, add coconut milk along with 2 cup of water, add salt and make it like a paste. Then add chopped coriander leaves. Chop the onion, tomato and green chilies. Heat oil in a wide pan, add curry leaves, chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilly, 1/2 spoon of salt and sauté them well. 2. Then add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala, and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add Masala paste then put crab and cook well. When water boiled and get reduced, then reduce the flame for few minutes. |
