INGREDIENTS for Garlic Less Kurma:
Any Vegetables-2cup (Chopped) Big Onion-2 Tomato-3 Grated Coconut-1cup Cashew nuts-6 Salt-Enough Need INGREDIENTS for Grinding: Fenel-1/2tsp Green Chilly-4 Ginger-1Piece Coriander leaves-Hand Pinch INGREDIENTS for Seasoning: Cinnamon-2 Cloves-2 Cardamom-2tbsp Ghee-1tsp PROCEDURE to make Garlic Less Kurma: 1. Boil the vegetables along with salt. Chop onion and tomatoes. Make a paste of grated coconut and cashew nut and keep aside. Heat oil and ghee, add seasoning ingredients, onion and fry well. 2. When onion fried well, add tomato, grinded paste and fry well. Then add Coconut paste, boiled vegetables and allow to cook for 5 minutes and remove from flame. |
