INGREDIENTS for Green Mochai Banana Kurma: Green Mochai (Field Bean)-1Cup Mustard-1/2tsp Garlic-4Flakes Curry Leaves-10 Salt-Enough Need Plantain-1 Big Onion-2 Dry Chilly-6 Coriander-1tbsp Grated Coconut-1/2Cup Tamrind-1tbsp Cumin Seed-1tsp PROCEDURE to make Green Banana Kurma: 1. Soak mochai, remove and take the beans from mochai. Peel the plantain and cut in to square shape pieces and cut the onion vertically. Fry dry chilly, cumin, coriander in a pan. Grind gently the coconut, tamrind, 2 flakes of garlic along with fried ingredients. 2. Boil mochai, plantain, grinded paste along with 2 cup of water. When mochai and plantain boiled well, heat oil in a pan and season the mustard, fry the onion and put in to kurma. Add salt and allow few minutes to cook and remove from flame. |
