Ingredients for Kadai Mushroom: Cauliflower-1 Lemon-Half Turmeric Powder-Little Color Powder-Red Color Chilly Powder-2tsp Garam Masala-1/4tsp Salt-Enough Need Rice Flour-1tsp Ginger, Garlic Paste-1/2tsp Bengal Gram Flour-1tsp Corn Flour-1tsp Procedure to make Kadai Mushroom: 1.Cut cauliflower in to small pieces, then put in hot salt water for 5 minutes and keep aside. Take a bowl, mix Bengal gram flour, corn flour, ginger, garlic paste, salt, rice flour, chilly powder and turmeric powder. Make lemon juice from lemon. 2.Mix color powder along with water and pour this in to above masala. Make a batter by adding water. Soak cauliflower pieces in the batter for half an hour. 3.Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the soaked cauliflower in low flame. Cauliflower should cook well together with masala. Cook evenly on all sides and fry till get golden color. 4.Transfer onto a kitchen absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Now kadai mushroom is ready.
