Ingredients for Mattar Paneer Spices : Peas - 1 Cup , Paneer - 200 g, Large Onion - 3, Tomato - 5, Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp, Garam Masal Powder - 1/2 Tsp, Oil - 2 Tbsp, Ghee - 1 Tbsp, Salt - as needed, Ginger, Garlic Paste - Grinded, Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp, Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp, Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp. Method to make Mattar Paneer Spices : 1. Take a Bowl, Pour some water then add peas and salt along with this and boil it and keep it aside. Chop the onions and tomatoes finely. Then heat oil in a frying pan and pour some ghee along with oil and allow it to boil then add chopped onions. Fry it till it becomes well fried. 2. Then add the chopped tomatoes and ginger, garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt along with them. Fry them till it fresh smells out. Then add the finely chopped paneer, cooked peas, cashew nuts paste and 1/4 cup of water, garam masal powder, cumin powder. Stir them well and allow it to boil for some minutes. Now turn off the Stove. Mattar Paneer Spices is ready now. |
