INGREDIENTS for Nilgiri Mutton Kurma: Poppy Seed-3tsp Ginger-Little Mutton-1/2kg Curd-1/4litre Big Onion-1/4kg Garlic-10Flakes Green chilly-5 Ghee-100g Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp Garam Masala-1tbsp Salt-Enough Need Coriander Powder-1tbsp PROCEDURE to make Nilgiri Mutton Kurma: 1. Soak mutton in curd for half an hour. Grind the chopped onion, green chilly, poppy seed, ginger, garlic, coriander and mint. 2. Heat ghee in a cooker and add chopped onion. Then add grinded paste, coriander powder, soaked mutton and fry well. Now pour 2 cup of water, add salt and cover the cooker. When mutton cooked well, garnish with garam masala and remove from flame. |
