Ingredients for Green Peas Masala:
Green Peas-1Cup, Big Onion-3, Tomato-3, Fresh Curd-1Cup Garam Masala-2tsp Butter-50g Salt-as Needed Oil-1tbsp Coriander Leaves-Little Ginger, Garlic Paste-1/4Cup Chilly Powder-1tbsp Coriander Powder-2tsp
Procedure to make Peas Masala:
1. Boil green peas along with little bit of salt. Cut onion in to big pieces. Heat oil in a pan, then fry onion and grind well. 2. Heat butter in a pan, add ginger, garlic paste, onion paste, chilly powder, coriander powder and sauté till raw smell subsides. Then add salt, chopped tomato and fry till tomatoes get mashy. Add curd, water, boiled green peas, garam masala and boil for 2 minutes. Then remove from flame. Peas masala is ready to taste. |
