Required:
1. Curry leaves - 75 g
2. Ginger - small piece
3. Tamarind - small lemon size
4. Peanuts - 3/4 tsp
5. Lentils - 3/4 tsp
6. Pepper - 3/4 tsp
7. Dried chillies - 6
8. Cumin - 3/4 tsp
9. Dill - 3/4 tsp
10. Mustard - 1/2 tsp
11. Tanya - 3/4 tbsp
12. Salt - as needed
13. Good oil - the required amount
Recipe:
1. First pour oil in a frying pan and after it dries, add peanuts, lentils, pepper, cumin, dried chillies, dill, cumin and fry until cool and add to the mix.
2. Pour a little oil in the pan and fry with tamarind. Then, without curry in it, add ginger and when it cools down, grind without adding water. Pour oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, ground paste, powdered salt and salt and fry on low heat.
3. Curry leaves are green in color and when they die, they are ready to be eaten
