Required:
1. Pulses - 100 g
2. Onion - 1 (chopped)
3. Tomatoes - 1 (chopped)
4. Green Chili - 1 (Long Scratched)
5. Chili - 1
6. Curry leaves - a little
7. Tamarind - 1 large gooseberry size
8. Garlic - 10 cloves
9. Pumpkin Powder - 1 pinch
10. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
11. Salt - required amount
12. Oil - 2 tbsp
13. Coriander - a little
Recipe:
1. First wash the lentils well, put it in a cooker, pour two cups of water, add turmeric powder and put it in the oven, leaving three whistles to die. At the same time soak the tamarind in water for half an hour and take the juice.
2. Then put a frying pan in the oven, pour oil in it and after it dries, add mustard, vermicelli, cumin, zucchini powder, garlic and season.
3. Then add chopped onion, green chillies, tomatoes and curry leaves and fry well. Then pour the sourdough in it, as well as the steamed lentils and salt and boil to go well green smell, the sambar is ready
