Ingredients for sri lanka goat bone soup: goat Bone-1/4 kg Tamarind-Small Ball size Nutmeg-Half Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp Salt-as Needed Ingredients for Grinding: Dry Red Chilly-4 Cumin-1 1/2 tbsp Cloves-1 Garlic-3 Flakes Coriander-2 tbsp Fennel-1 tsp Pepper-5 Ginger-Small Piece Asafoetida-Small piece Procedure to make sri lanka goat bone soup: 1. Mix the washed goat bone along with turmeric powder and salt. Then mix the tamarind in 3/4 litre of water and then allow to boil, then add bone and allow medium flame to cook well. Grind the given ingredients and put in to boiled soup and then boil for 10 minutes. Remove from flame and add tamarind juice and serve it. |
