Ingredients for Palak Paneer:
Spinach (Palak)-2Bunch, Paneer -2Cup, Onion-1/4kg, Tomato-1/4kg, Salt-as Needed, Chilly powder-4tsp, Turmeric Powder-1tsp, Garam Masala-1tsp, Coriander Leaves-Little. (Chopped)
Ingredient for Grinding:
Ginger-1Piece, Garlic-8Flakes, Dry Chilly-as Needed, Cinnamon-1.
Ingredients for Seasoning:
Oil-1/4Cup, Cumin Seed-2tsp, Bay Leaf-1.
Procedure to make Palak Paneer:
1. Wash the spinach, cut and boil in pressure cooker, then mash it finely. Make a fine paste of tomato. 2. Heat oil in a pan, put seasoning ingredients, grinded paste and sauté till get color. 3. Then add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and fry well. 4. Now put grinded tomato paste and let to boiling. Then put spinach along with salt and allow boiling them. Then add chopped coriander leaves, paneer pieces along with water and let to boil for few minutes and remove from flame. Serve hot. |
