Paneer Spices | ||||||||
Ingredients for Paneer Spices : Paneer - 250 g, Large Onion - 2, Tomato - 4, Oil - 1 Cup, Salt - as needed, Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp, Coriander - as needed, Ajinomotto - Little, Cardamom - 4, Vanaspathi - 1 Tsp, Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp. Garam Masal Powder - 1/2 Tsp, Tomato Sauce - 2 Tsp, Soya Sauce, Ginger, Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp. Method to make Paneer Spices : 1. In a mixi grind the cardamom, onions and keep this aside. Then grind the tomatoes and keep it aside. Then heat oil then fry the paneer until it becomes golden color, then keep it aside. 2. Heat the Oil in a frying pan then add ginger, garlic paste, onion paste and tomato paste along with them. Fry them well. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Then add paneer along with them. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes then add saya sauce, garam masala, ajinomotto, tomato sauce and add coriander leaves. Stir them well. Now turn off the Stove. Paneer Spices is ready now. |
