Ingredients for Potato Sabji:
Potato-2(Boiled, Peeled and Cubed) Tomato-2(Chopped Finely) Onion-2(Chopped Finely) Cumin-1/2tsp Fennel-1/2tsp Cinnamon-1/2Piece Green chilly-2(Chopped Finely) Oil-6tsp Cloves-3 Ginger, Garlic Paste-1tsp Coriander Powder-1/2tsp Red Chilly Powder-1tsp Garam Masala-3 Pinch Mustard, Black Gram-1tsp Salt- to Taste
Procedure to make Potato Sabji:
1. Heat 3 spoon of oil in a pan, add mustard, black gram and let to splutter. Then add cinnamon, cloves, cumin, fennel, ginger, garlic paste and fry till turn golden color. 2. Then add onion and sauté for 2 minutes, after that add tomatoes and fry well. Now add red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir frequently. Pour ½ cup of water and add salt. Now add potato pieces and fry till water gets dry. Add the remaining oil. Now tasty potato sabji is ready.
