Ingredeints for Tomato Soup:
Boiled Dhal Water-2Cup Curry Leaves-Little Coriander Leaves-Little Salt-as Needed Tamarind Juice-2Cup Tomato-2Big(Mashed) Green Chilly-1 Turmeric Powder-1Pinch Asafoetida-1/2tsp Rasam Powder-11/2tsp Oil, Mustard, Cumin-for Seasoning
Procedure to make Tomato Soup:
1. Take a vessel, mix tamarind juice, mashed tomato, salt, turmeric powder, green chilly, asafoetida, curry leaves and allow to boil well. when the raw smell subsides, add rasam powder. Allow to boil for 2 minutes and then add dhal water. 2. Cook at low flame. when foam forms, remove from flame.Heat oil or ghee in a pan, season the mustard and 1 tea spoon of cumin seed and put in to soup. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
